Spey Flies

Spey flies are used in fly fishing, especially for salmon, sea trout and steelhead in rivers. Originating from the River Spey in Scotland, it is characterized by its long, slender body and soft, floating hackle, often made from feathers such as heron or marabou.

Spey flies are designed to move lifelike in the water, even in slow currents, making them effective in deeper pools and along banks.
